Mach1 Auctions, Inc. was founded by Michael B. Nuzzo, a professional auctioneer for nearly two decades and a long-standing member of the National Auctioneers Association (NAA). Michael is a graduate of the Mendenhall School of Auctioneering in North Carolina and the Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI) at Indiana University. Prior to founding Mach1 Auctions, Michael owned a successful benefit auction business called Two Guys and a Gavel, known for their exciting and entertaining auctioneering style that “put the fun in fundraising”. As you might expect, over the years Michael has auctioned everything from antiques, artwork, memorabilia, and other personal property to vehicles, estate property, and even real estate. In fact, Michael is currently a licensed real estate agent in the state of Connecticut. In forming Mach1 Auctions, Michael has assembled a team of highly-motivated and experienced business professionals to complement his auctioneering expertise and broad professional network to create a world-class auction company offering a full range of auction-related services.
